  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is full-time/Part-time on-site role for a Warehouse and Operation Pharmacist. The Warehouse and Operation Pharmacist will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring accurate storage and distribution of medications, coordinating with warehouse personnel, medical sales representatives and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • Fully Registered Pharmacist with Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
  • Able to apply for Poison A license for the premise.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse pharmacist duties as required including ensuring that products and services comply with the latest pharmacy regulations and policies.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management and distribution.
  • Familiarity in handling Poisons inventory and documentation.
  • Familiarity in coordinating and communicating effectively with warehouse personnel.
  • Familiarity with SOP, GDP, GDPMD and other regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
  • Strong diligence and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent attitude, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Freshers who already obtained a full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia are welcome to apply as on site training will be provided.
