JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be the owner of SAP support from initiation to resolution in a timely and effective manner.
- To be proactive and work closely with the end users to identify the gaps in the process or system for improvement purposes.
- To provide support across the various SAP components of the Finance module and its integration with the Sales, Distribution, and Materials Management modules.
- To develop the program with an in-depth understanding of system components, configuration, and infrastructure.
- To update and maintain all SAP documentation for audit purposes.
- To customize and maintain the existing web applications.
- To consistently ensure the technical integrity of project or solution deliverables.
- To ensure the continual functioning of mission-critical operations and systems.
- To minimize data loss through fast and accurate data recovery during system or application failure.
- To meet project timelines with adequate quality standards.
- To control system backup and restore.
- To be in charge of the ISO document control and maintenance.
- To be responsible for the new system development, installation, and documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT environment or organization.
- Expertise or experience in SAP configuration, integration, and SAP best practices.
- Knowledge or experience in the manufacturing environment or the semiconductor business process.
- Team player and great collaborator, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
