Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our professional personnel and management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the professional team members.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and general administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Collecting data and preparing periodic, special, and current reference reports.
  • Managing audit confirmations, following up on outstanding confirmations, and organizing received documents.
  • Conducting casting and call checks for annual reports and financial statements.
  • Translating and preparing various documents and project reports as needed.
  • Coordinating information flow among office employees to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines and procedures.
  • Responsible for fees collection and ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Drive to excel professionally and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication, innovation, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin will be considered an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed with high integrity.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
