- Develop and determine all standard to perform inspections and tests on all procedure, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high quality standards for all processes.
- Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the team members.
- Supervise the effective implementations of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
- Monitor an efficient system, record all projects activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements
- Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous applications for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
- Test plan and checklist based on project specifications.
- Liase with the Project Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant.
- Coordinate with the Consultant’s representative and Site-In charge for inspection.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent material delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
- Review and understand project specifications, shop drawings, and quality control plans related to constructions.
- Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection checklists to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of works commenced at various stages of construction.
- Verify that all materials used in the constructions meet specified requirements and standards.
- Monitor and document construction activities to identify any deviations from approved drawings or quality control plans.
