  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection process including job advertisement posting, CV screening, arranging interviews, contract preparation, staff enrolment and resign process, etc;
  • Execute monthly payroll processing to ensure compliance with relevant government authorities;
  • Ensure the implementation of company policies, SOP, rules, and regulations, and monitor compliance, to be in line with the company's goals and employee needs;
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including monitoring their probationary period and ensuring timely confirmation;
  • Manage HR-related matters, including insurance, training bonds, medical schemes, training programs, and employee records;
  • Handle HR document processing, employee P-file management and organization chart management in an accurate, complete and timely manner;
  • assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and equivalent/ related design discipline;

  • Preferably HR generalist with 5 years of experience in HR & Administration;
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). We're seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate efficiently with Mandarin colleagues;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of sketching is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good understanding of labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, Industrial Relation & PSMB.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision with positive attitude.
