  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description of positions
The waitress need understand and able to explain menu and origin of the food that we serve (will be briefed and trained). Able to serve with a smile and do table,dishes and toilet cleaning. Able to work shifts and weekends.

Job Scope :

  • Customer Service: Greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer customer questions.
  • Order Management: Accurately entering orders into the system and relaying them to the kitchen.
  • Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering food and drinks to tables and ensuring that everything meets customers’ needs.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables clean and organized, as well as adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Handling Payments: Processing customer payments and providing change or receipts.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
  • Upselling: Suggesting additional items or promotions to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Salary Range: RM2,000 to RM2,500

Requirement :

  • Able to speak in Mandarin, Malay and English ( any combination of the two)
  • Able to work shifts and weekends
  • Minimum SPM
