- To troubleshoot and resolve system related issues
- To provide technical support to user via phone, email, online or on-site
- Deployment with system installation and training
- Record and track customer inquiries and feedback
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Good knowledge of IT applications
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience in Accounting are a plus.
