  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide repair and overhaul of pumps in house and at site (onshore & offshore) including all Centrifugal Pumps and Positive Displacement Pumps within our product ranges

• Facilitate and resolve customers' technical issues related to our pump and service products up to closure with proactive and effective communication

• Liaise with Sales & Project Department on service needs.

• Site supervision, Commissioning and troubleshoot equipment at customers' site.

• Establish detailed field service reports after servicing of equipment.

• Provide after-market services to new and existing customers.

• Travel to site for trouble shooting and field engineering services.

• Inspection and testing of equipment at shop and at site are required.

• The Company will provide support such as training (local / overseas) and indoor sales support.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering is preferable. Lower degree but strong in pumps service experience is acceptable.

• Required language(s): English, Basic Technical English Communication Skill (especially in pump business) is acceptable, as long as can communicate and write emails and reports. .

• Experience: At least 2 year(s) of working experience in pump services (minimum with centrifugal pumps). Understand operation principle of basic pumps type (centrifugal pumps, rotary pumps,…) and able to resolve some basic pump failures, some basic trouble shooting of pumps.

• Good technical understanding and experience with rotating equipment preferred & possess good analytical skill in troubleshooting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and data.

• Dynamic and a team player with the ability to work independently.

• Good working attitude, Discipline and Dedicated

• Applicants must be willing to travel within South East Asia, work long hours and over time if required. Willing to work in offshore with valid BOSIET certificate is added advantage.
