Well-established M&E contractor seeking a highly skilled M&E Project Manager with specialized expertise in HVAC systems to join the team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in managing industrial projects, particularly in cleanroom and process utility systems, who excels in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Lead project execution from contract award to completion, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with the client throughout the process.
  • Oversee EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, including design and construction management, while keeping the client informed of all progress.
  • Collaborate with clients, system owners, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve project-related issues effectively.
  • Ensure strict compliance with government laws, regulations, and company standards, particularly in adherence to DOSH and EHS regulations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage project profitability through effective cost control and schedule management, providing regular updates to the client.
  • Participate in and represent the company at key project meetings, including commercial, technical, and site meetings, while keeping clients fully briefed.
  • Ensure cleanroom protocols are followed and that all safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction, particularly within industrial projects involving HVAC, cleanroom environments, and process utility systems.
  • Proven project management experience, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and delivering to client expectations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth and transparent communication with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulatory requirements, including EHS and cleanroom protocols.
