Provide secretarial and administrative duties to Executive Director (ED).
Compile and analyse performance on operations.
Assist ED to follow up on operation issues and projects.
Schedule and prioritize meeting appointments, taking minutes, prepare correspondence, sales reports and presentation.
Assist in developing and executing the company's ESG reporting strategy and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and report ESG data in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain proper filing system and keep track of important documents.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff.
Planning and organizing company event and conference.
Liaise with HQ office on the document submission for approval.
Performs ad-hoc duties assigned by ED & HQ Office from time to time.
Any other job assignment as and when required.
Job Requirements
Degree with min 3 years related work experience in related field.
1-2 years of ESG or related experience.
Ability in using initiative, decide priorities and work with minimum supervision.
