We are looking for an Application Engineer - AI/Machine Learning to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to designing, testing, and integrating AI systems, developing models and algorithms, and collaborating with teams to implement AI solutions. It also involves maintaining technical documentation and staying current with AI trends.

Impact You Will Make

• Participate in all phases of AI engineering projects, including design, testing, system integration, support, and documentation of AI systems and applications.
• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including technical requirements, design verification tests, and testing procedures.
• Participate in the design and troubleshooting of AI systems and applications.
• May provide limited work leadership and training to lower-level technical employees.

Our Ideal Candidate

• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of four years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of two years with a master’s degree.
• Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications.
• Good technical English writing skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience with AI ethics and bias mitigation.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to read and understand technical standards and research papers.
