Job Responsibilities;

HR Assistant

  • Monitor and compile daily workers attendance and list of absentees
  • Monitor and compile overtime requisition for management approval
  • Record and update overtime, medical leaves, medical claims, and leave records
  • Prepare and issue of attendance time card to new worker including of replacement of faulty card
  • Handling of new registration for new workers
  • Provide orientation of newly joined worker and plant tour
  • Monitor and issue stationery
  • Distributing uniforms, and lanyard to workers
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing courier documents and parcels and distribute to respective departments
  • Updating company phone directory
  • Assist in welfare and recreations activities for workers
  • Respond accurately, appropriately and timely to inter-department request for swift action, information and reports
  • To prepare schedule and use of training and meeting rooms
  • Handling vending machine and contact supplier to replenish stock
  • Assist in handling Foreign Workers' passport/visa renewal, Fomema, etc
  • Monitor guard and cleaner recording and ensure they carry out their duties
  • Liaise with cleaner and security's company on all related issues
  • Responsible to assist Management Representative for established Quality & Environmental Management Systems
  • Assist QMS/EMS Officer for establishment and implementation for both QMS & EMS manuals and procedures
  • To carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
