Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive inbound sales leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Identify and engage with property owners and stakeholders through effective networking
    and relationship-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, seminars, and
    workshops aimed at showcasing company's property management solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends,
    providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Conduct the post-event evaluation & provide feedback to the Marketing team.
  • Work closely within the team to ensure alignment of strategies and goals, contributing to
    the overall sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new owners by conducting sales pitches,
    presentations, and negotiations.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5 years or more) in sales development representative, preferably in
    the property management, real estate, or related industry.
  • Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with
    diverse stakeholders, property owners, and industry professionals.
  • Demonstrated success in generating inbound sales leads and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, particularly in event
    planning and execution.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to
    develop effective business strategies.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a resultsoriented
    mindset.
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent communication and
    negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional
    certifications or qualifications are a plus.
