Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive inbound sales leads and increase brand visibility.
- Identify and engage with property owners and stakeholders through effective networking
and relationship-building efforts. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, seminars, and
workshops aimed at showcasing company's property management solutions. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends,
providing valuable insights for business growth. - Conduct the post-event evaluation & provide feedback to the Marketing team.
- Work closely within the team to ensure alignment of strategies and goals, contributing to
the overall sales pipeline. - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new owners by conducting sales pitches,
presentations, and negotiations. - Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 years or more) in sales development representative, preferably in
the property management, real estate, or related industry. - Strong networking and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with
diverse stakeholders, property owners, and industry professionals. - Demonstrated success in generating inbound sales leads and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, particularly in event
planning and execution. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to
develop effective business strategies. - Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a resultsoriented
mindset. - Fair understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent communication and
negotiation skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; additional
certifications or qualifications are a plus.
