  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job scope

• Serve as the IT Solution Lead supporting the company's ERP migration from Microsoft dynamic NAV 2016 to Epicor Kinetic.

• Handle the ERP system to Upload the parts costing template

• Monitor and manage the user access matrix and control data server users access

  • Creating reports and developing tools and processes to automate reports.
  • Develop applications/web-based solution to support operation needs.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement data models, schemas, and database structures.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and availability through regular maintenance and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with software developers to integrate databases with applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues.

Requirement

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience.

• Proven experience in managing NAV ERP systems, EPICOR and other similar software.

• Must be skilled problem-solver who follows through on implementation.

• Fluent in spoken and written English with good communication, consultative and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to support overtime if job required

• Able to work independently, multi-task and be resourceful.

• Knowledge in SDK integration and mobile development technologies, including iOS and Android platforms are an advantage.
