Job Responsibilities:
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding EVs.
• Provide detailed information about Proton EV models, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and trade-in evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, EV technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in electric vehicles or similar technology-driven products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
