  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare purchase order and payment application.
  • Review procurement related documents such as contracts, proposals quotations for terms and conditions.
  • Provide administrative support as assigned.
  • Ensure that stock arrivals match purchase orders and update the system accordingly.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
  • Responsible for front desk reception duties such as attending to visitors, answering phone calls, emails and redirecting all calls to respective personnel
  • Responsible for performing general/routine administrative duties
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents & filing in systematic.
  • To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the company from time to time.
  • Experience in handling submission for of tender documents will be an added advantage

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in related field or Diploma in Quantity Surveying would be considered an advantage
  • Preferable 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
