Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare purchase order and payment application.
- Review procurement related documents such as contracts, proposals quotations for terms and conditions.
- Provide administrative support as assigned.
- Ensure that stock arrivals match purchase orders and update the system accordingly.
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
- Responsible for front desk reception duties such as attending to visitors, answering phone calls, emails and redirecting all calls to respective personnel
- Responsible for performing general/routine administrative duties
- Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documents & filing in systematic.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the company from time to time.
- Experience in handling submission for of tender documents will be an added advantage
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field or Diploma in Quantity Surveying would be considered an advantage
- Preferable 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
