  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experiences as a Site Supervisor in Architecture/ Structure Works.
  • The ability of Mandarin Speaking & Reading is a must as clients are from CHINA.
    Language Required: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • It's not necessary but it will be an added advantage if candidates possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying /Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Autocad and able to understand construction drawings.
  • Results Oriented and highly responsible for works
  • Planning, Organizing, Problem Solving Skill
  • Posses own transport

Tasks & responsibilities

  • On-site monitor & supervise the project progress, report updated progress or issue related at site to project manager.
  • To coordinate site works and ensure the works can be executed as per strict quality standards and achieve the pre-determined plan and dateline.
  • To coordinate & manage the works of sub-contractors and construction workers.
  • To request for materials purchasing through project admin & checking the delivery status of materials to the site.
  • To attend meeting and site inspection, take the necessary follow up actions or site visit with architect consultant and subcontractors.
  • To measure work done on site and sketch and pass to QS for claiming purposes.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management
