Position: Customer Service Assistant

Status: Contract 3 Months Under PERSOLKELLY (Non renewable-Maternity Replacement)

Salary: RM1800 - RM2000

Allowance: Transport RM200

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Benefits: AL, MC and Medical Insurance.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Error free order processing.
  • Delivery performance meets or exceed 95%.
  • All dispatches are invoiced timely.
  • No line stops due to un-dispatchable products.
  • Have a great Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent team player.

  • To ensure timely and accuracy order processing.
  • To coordinate with all parties to satisfy customer’s delivery requirement with optimum cost and efficiency.
  • To follow up on materials availability, production scheduling, production, and delivery of customer order
  • To ensure customer’s requirements are met.
  • To ensure all dispatches are invoiced timely.
