Job Description:

Are you ready to lead and grow our brand's presence both online and offline? We're looking for a dynamic E-commerce & Retail Growth Specialist to take charge of driving our sales and brand reputation to new heights. You'll be responsible for boosting sales through e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and our website, while also managing offline opportunities such as consignment bars and retail partnerships.

I need someone who can plan and execute marketing campaigns, work independently, and push the brand's growth forward. You will also work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and media partners to enhance our brand's visibility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth across e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Website) and offline retail channels.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches, including overseeing logistics and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and media partners to increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze sales performance and marketing campaigns to determine success and make data-driven improvements.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness in both online and offline markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly e-commerce targets.

What I’m Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and offline retail strategies.
  • A self-starter who can take the lead and work independently with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with KOLs, influencers, and media brands.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign success and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution, including product launches and promotions.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Get:

  • Salary: RM 3,000 to RM 4,500 per month.
  • Team-based commission structure with KPI rewards when monthly e-commerce targets are met.
  • Parental and birthday leaves—we value your important life events.
  • Working Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
