  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the Materials Requirement Plan (MRP), ensure materials supply adequate and on time during the construction works.
  • To liaise with appointed forwarding agent to obtain custom exemption for all import / export / taxation shipment.
  • Liaise with custom and any local authorities.
  • Prepare operational report for all incoming and outgoing activities.
  • Ensure all shipments smooth and timely customs process flow as well as comply with the rules and regulation.
  • Organize and maintain proper document filling.
  • Monitoring day by day logistic tasks and operational tasks by reporting and updating to superior and team.
  • Prepare the operational reports
  • To carry out job responsibility relates to coordinating the operational flow & shipment tasks in various transport mode such as air, sea & road transport.
  • Coordination with vendors, local & overseas suppliers on shipment in & out project site in FIZ (Free Industrial Zone) on matters relates to customs documentation, declaration, verification and coordination formalities involved customs agent and customs authority.
  • Performing other job functions that assign by the superior from time to time.

    • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification or equivalent, preferred 1 year working experience in the industry or related field.
  • Candidate who able to speak, read & write in Mandarin will be prioritized due to the needs to liaise with China management.
  • Candidates with certificate and above in logistics study would be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in team.
  • Candidate must be able to work in Selangor on 6 working day basis weekly.
