We are seeking an independent, dynamic, and well-organized individual responsible for prospecting and cultivating strong relationships with e-commerce customers within the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Oversee the operations for key platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, B2B, company websites, and emerging marketplaces.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including live-selling initiatives, to drive revenue and meet assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with e-commerce partners to build networks, analyze performance across channels, and recommend strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, manage orders, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes, customer service, and sales techniques, offering solutions for optimization.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor performance, delivering insights to help guide future sales strategies.
- Prepare detailed post-campaign sales reports and provide actionable analysis for ongoing improvement.
- Analyze promotion effectiveness and web store metrics (conversion rates, traffic, order cancellations, etc.) to ensure continued success.
2. Content Management:
- Ensure accurate and optimized product listings, including images and descriptions, for all SKUs and campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including sales performance, pricing, content accuracy, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
- Monitor on-site visibility, listing rankings, off-site traffic, and customer insights to ensure optimal product performance.
What Makes You Successful:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management.
- Expertise in planning and supporting promotions and coordinating campaigns.
- Innovative mindset with a strong understanding of marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using SEO and social media to drive growth.
- Familiarity with Excel and basic Photoshop skills.
