Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all the times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (i.e. phone calls, messages, email & etc).
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Have thorough knowledge of products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process sales orders, cash sales, official receipts, and other relevant documents.
- To keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- To communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- To provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and always provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- No experience is welcome to apply as training is provided.
- Candidate with one (1) year of sales experience or customer service in the aesthetic / beauty industry is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, independent and energetic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Own transportation is required.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
