Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all the times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (i.e. phone calls, messages, email & etc).
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Have thorough knowledge of products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process sales orders, cash sales, official receipts, and other relevant documents.
  • To keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • To communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • To provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and always provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

  • No experience is welcome to apply as training is provided.
  • Candidate with one (1) year of sales experience or customer service in the aesthetic / beauty industry is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, independent and energetic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Own transportation is required.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
