Job Description：
•Oversee and manage all stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and preventing
shortages or overstocking.
•Plan and execute purchase orders based on demand forecasts, supplier lead times, and stock
requirements.
•Liaise with teammate to ensure timely deliveries, manage stock discrepancies, and resolve any
supply chain issues.
•Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to maintain data accuracy.
•Ensure efficient stock arrangement in warehouses to facilitate easy access and maintain safety
standards.
•Supervise stockroom staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company policies.
•Generate and analyze stock reports, providing insights to management regarding stock
performance and forecasting.

Qualifications:
•Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
•Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Ability to manage and lead a team.
•Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehousing.
•Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in English.

Working Hours
•Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
