Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences across various channels.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and sales enablement materials.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training, tools, and collateral to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value and driving sales.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, demand, and adoption. Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and report on market trends, similar industry players’ activities, and customer behaviours to identify opportunities and threats.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.Drive brand awareness and publicity through various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram)
- Marketing Administrative: Assist in all marketing administrative matters if any
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
- Prior experience in digital marketing and knowledge of Search Engine Optimization an added advantage
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
