Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences across various channels.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and sales enablement materials.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training, tools, and collateral to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value and driving sales.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, demand, and adoption. Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and report on market trends, similar industry players’ activities, and customer behaviours to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.Drive brand awareness and publicity through various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Marketing Administrative: Assist in all marketing administrative matters if any

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
  • Prior experience in digital marketing and knowledge of Search Engine Optimization an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing role. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns is a plus point.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
