  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

THE JOB:

  • Land Explorer
    • Discover and identify land owners among external organisations and available lands suitable for development.
    • Pinpoint potential land development opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

    2. Strategic Collaborator

    • Work with internal divisions to conduct the required land studies and analysis that aligns with UDA business and meet market demands.
    • Help shape and refine business models and proposals that highlight mutual benefits and revenue-sharing potentials.

    3. Master Negotiator

    • Negotiate partnership agreements for land development, focusing on creating win-win scenarios.
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with land owners and related stakeholders for future development projects.

    THE INCUMBENT:

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in all related field with pointer above 3.00.
    • Proven experience in government or corporate sectors. Strategic or management roles are an advantage.
    • Good experience in land acquisition, real estate development, urban planning and similar roles.
    • Good negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and writing).
    • Good project management and follow up skills, eye for detail and a head for numbers.
    • Driven to work independently and rock it as part of a team.
    • Good multitasker and positive attitude.
