Responsible for the daily production activity and ensure all process comply to:

Safety

  • Ensure work place is in a safe condition. (No water, no oil, no broken plug, no exposed wire)
  • Ensure PPEs are worn at all time, and the whole team follows.
  • Escalate to Maintenance & Superior. Need to follow up.
  • Quality

  • Follow GMP when in Production / Processing area. Ensure operators & Line Leaders follow.
  • Ensure raw materials are weighed, the weight and batch code are recorded.
  • Ensure BCF forms a filled in correctly, on a timely manner.
  • Ensure batch code and expiry date printed on the product is clear and correct.
  • Ensure no leaking, no product damage.
  • Clean and also supervise cleaning in overall line.
  • After cleaning, ensure;
  • No food deposit on the machine, conveyor and floor.
  • No oil stains on the machine, conveyor and floor.
  • All containers, tables or trays have been washed.
  • Floor is dry.
  • Output

  • Ensure finished good is packed into bags and basket correctly.
  • Ensure every basket is weighed, and the amount is recorded, accurately.
  • Ensure product is enough, before stop production.
  • Don’t overproduce.
  • Ensure all machines are in working condition. Highlight to maintenance or superior.
  • Moral

  • Ensure operator is aware of the operation hour, and if need overtime must inform the operators.
  • Inform supervisor on operator’s absenteeism. With or without must still run lines to complete the plan.
