YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the activity of Workshop (Assembly Bicycle) and will have the responsibility of accompanying the team towards the evolution of new professions. In particular, the responsibilities will be included:-

Safety:

  • Implement best practices of safety management in the workplace.
  • Responsible as a Duty Manage and manage Fire/Emergency System and reporting events/problems to respective managers.

Operations:

  • Control daily operations and ensure the ‘Ship on Time (SOT)’ to the customers, by respecting the commitment of each activity including Picking, Replenishment, assembly and Quality control.
  • Expert or know how to assemble the model of Decathlon Bikes available in the Decathlon website (training provided)
  • Expert or know how to repair the problem occur in the parameter
  • Expert or know how in assembling bike, adjusting gears (sifters, rollers) , brakes - V-brake, Mechanical disk brake, Hydraulic disc brakes, tyre, rims work including the accessories offered by Decathlon website/catalog
  • Guarantee the economical performance and KPIs are reached monthly
  • Pilot the activity ,productivity, and manpower needed.
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance.
  • Record individual performance of each team member.
  • Follow up and communicate team performance on a weekly basis.
  • Identify risks and Develop Action Plans.

  • Managing the full process of recruitment for your team from sourcing to hiring, integration of new teammates, performance Follow-Up and Lay-Off, and salary review.
  • Having a management based on trust, valuing the talent, autonomy and contribution of collaborators by performing individual meetings with team members.
