RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervision: Oversee production processes, ensuring staff adhere to schedules and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of production workers, provide briefing on job training, and address performance issues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong supervisory and organizational skills, passion and Peristent excellent communication, ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, PDCA
  • Knowledge: Understanding of food safety practices (e.g., HACCP), experience with manufacturing software, knowledge of bakery products and processes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
