Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions in the Managing Director’s Office, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Lead and support the administrative team.
- Assist the Managing Director in strategic planning, project management, and decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely information.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the office administration budget.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are up-to-date and adhered to.
- Serve as the principal liaison between the Managing Director’s Office, internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and other relevant entities.
- Organise and manage company events, meetings, and conferences, including travel arrangements.
- Identify and resolve office management issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or management.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, develop policies, and lead a team.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
