We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Malaysian/Indonesian cuisine specialist Head Chef with a no nonsense attitude to running a kitchen and following SOPs strictly for our new outlet which is ready to go and will focus on selling Indonesian and Malaysian street food.

You will be responsible for leading a kitchen team to serve up a Malaysian/Indonesian street food menu to our guests.

You can do R&D, menu development, food costing, inventory management, planning of mis en plus to avoid 86s, ordering, and execution to ensure consistency in a high stress environment.

Ideally you have solid experience in the most popular Malaysian and Indonesian street food dishes.

You can start right away or very soon and have experience in setting up a kitchen and hiring and training a new team.

You are fast and command respect in the kitchen. Rolling up your sleeves and leading by example.

You are a hygiene freak and don't compromise hygiene standards under any circumstance.
