Your day-to-day:
- Prepares HR related letters (Letter of Offer, Confirmation/Extension of Probation Letter, Warning Letter, and other relevant letters)
- To process monthly salaries, other related employment records and maintain confidentiality
- To maintenance the leave records
- To compilation and preparation of HR monthly reports
- To assist HQ office and outlets on general admin
- To coordinate in recruitment arrangements such as collecting additional documents and scheduling interview session
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
You are ideal candidate because:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Preferably 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in large scale retail accounts will be an advantage
- Proficient in UBS Payroll System and Microsoft Office application especially in Microsoft Excel
- Mature, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proactive, meticulous, attention to detail, and strong analytical in numbers
- Possess good teamwork and ability to work independently, flexible, and a positive attitude
- Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline and a flexibility to work on weekend/public holiday when required
- Possess the flexibility to outstation when required

- Good interpersonal communication skills with a good command of English & Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
