  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for budget, monitoring and contract administration of the project.

Manage and coordinate all project related contractual matter.

Responsible for pre and post contract management, sourcing of building materials, monitoring of constructions cost and procurement process, assessment of variation orders and finalize project final account.

Responsible for measurement and taking-off quantities.

Evaluate and prepare the project progress claims and verify the sub-contractor's interim claims.

Ensure that tender documents, Letter of Award, BQ, contract documents, quotations submission, and any other relevant documents are well recorded and safe keeping.

Responsible for tender costing and preparation of tender documents for submission to clients on time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or in Engineering field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar working capacity, preferably candidates with experience of preparation of project progress claim;

Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.

Ability to travel outstation for work when necessary.

Good communication skill, proficient in AutoCAD or construction software will be added advantage.

Independent, positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
