Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain HR Policies & procedures and conduct Employee Engagement & communication with staff of all level.

• Manage corporate collaboration among employees and stakeholders in the Group of Companies.

• Ensure compliance of all HR policies, employment law and statutory requirements.

• Develop and manage recruitment plans and to achieve recruitment target.

• Identify performance gap and develop annual training plan

• Continuous develop, enhance, upkeep & implement Performance Appraisal Management System.

• Responsible for industrial relation matters relate to employees discipline and grievances.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.

• Required skill(s): HR management, local & oversea payroll administration, enhancement & development of Appraisal system & Training

• Well versed in the Employment Act.

• Must be proficient & possess a high command in verbal & written English

• At least 4-5 year(s) of related working experience as Senior HR Executive or related HR Executive experience.

• Must be able to exercise confidentiality & discretion in dealing with sensitive & confidential matter.

• Must possess a strong analytical mind, good interpersonal & able to think out-of-the-box.

• Must be proactive, accountable, open-minded, self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, able to work under pressure, performance-driven, dynamic and motivated towards building a successful career.
