  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Brief

As Product Designers, you will play a crucial role in designing innovative and functional motorcycle parts. Your expertise in design simulation will be essential for optimizing motorbikes performance, safety, and durability. We’re seeking passionate individuals who are passionate in creating innovative motorcycle designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, safety standards and sustainability, enhancing the overall riding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design ID and Product management teams to create cutting-edge motorcycle wheel designs.
  • Translate design concepts into detailed models for structural analysis.
  • Perform static and dynamic simulations using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software (to evaluate wheel performance under various conditions.)
  • Validate simulation results by comparing them with physical testing data.
  • Propose design modifications based on simulation insights to enhance wheel strength, weight, and fatigue resistance.
  • Participate in design reviews with factory, providing technical expertise related to simulation results, and align with Design for manufacturing needs.
  • Contribute to the development of new wheel concepts and materials.
  • Analyze failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and review for continual
    improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: Min a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or any related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in FEA analysis will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with structural mechanics and strength of materials.
  • Skills: Proficiency in 3D modelling (SolidWorks).

  • Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor
  • Working hours is 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
  • We are looking for six (6) Product Designers for this position.
