Job Description: We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, social media, and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing our company’s online presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, while producing engaging content that drives audience interaction and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily management of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) by creating, scheduling, and posting content.
  • Content Planning & Research: Develop content calendars, research trending topics, and craft compelling copy to ensure we remain relevant and engaging.
  • Content Creation: Design visuals, write copy, and edit videos for posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of content and campaigns, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • SEO & Hashtag Strategy: Optimize content for search engines and social media algorithms to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Cross-platform Content Adaptation: Ensure content is effectively adapted for each social media platform to maximize engagement.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management tools , design software , and video editing .
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in video editing and basic graphic design.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign management.
