RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure departmental works schedule, flow, handling & safety (according to procedure & work instruction.
- Communicate with other HOD to ensure all facilities and equipment are in working condition.
- Manage and monitor all equipment, machinery parts, and facility preventive maintenance schedule/activities.
- Assigned of job to all section according to needs and availability of man power and spare parts.
- Analyst of failure to existing machinery, schedule and perform improvement/enhancement project to provide continuous improvement to the company.
- To control, monitor and plan for all spare parts/consumable items availability in the inventory for day to day activities.
- Ensure all equipment, machinery parts, and facility’s Preventive Maintenance are done follow to schedule.
- Ensure compliance of ISO and other regulatory during day to day activities.
- Lead and motivate all staff to maintain high working quality and efficiency.
- To validate the new process, product, machinery and instrument.
- Innovate and implement new ideas to improve of better work flow and increase performance of staff member.
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years or more working experiance
- Experiance in Glove Manufacturing
