Responsibilities:
- Creating effective sales models to improve the sales funnel to ensure monthly and yearly sales goals are achieved.
- Observes the sales team's performance.
- Creating social media campaigns and email marketing templates to increase sales.
- Discovering new leads and market trends and ensuring that the company's services are optimized for search engine visibility.
- Maintaining contact information, such as the phone number and email address of qualified candidates, for further interaction.
- Creating and delivering a thorough sales and KPI report for a large team
- Maintaining long term, positive relationship with sales team.
- Possess relevant experience in setting sales KPI and identifying top sales person.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Administration or its equivalent
- Advance proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is necessary.
- Preferred minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales or related field.
- Proven experience building strong sales funnel and efficiently communicating to potential customers
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills.
- Experience in managing a group of sales team previously is a must.
