- 5 YEARS WORKING IN HUMAN RESOURCES, BUSSINESS MANAGEMENT
- MUST BE WELL ORGANIZED, METICULOUS AND POSSESS GOOD PLANNING SKILL
- SELF - MOTIVATED ABLE TO MULTITASK AND WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT

Tasks & responsibilities
- PERFORM GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS INCLUDING DOCUMENT PREPARATION, MEETING AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- MANAGE FILING SYSTEMS, ENSURING ACCEBILITY AND SECURITY OF INFORMATION
- SKILLS IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF SHARED SERVICE CENTRES INCLUDING HR OPERATIONS, AYROLL MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING PROGRAMS AND DEVELOPMENT INTIATIVES TO ENHANCE EXPERTISE IN HR AND ADMINISTRATIVE
- EFFECTIVELY ENGAGE EMPLOYEES, ENHANCING THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE IN THE COMPANY
- CARRY OUT AND MANAGE HR OPERATIONAL AND HOC MATTRRS ACCORDING TO APPROVED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES SUCH AS LEAVE MANAGEMENT, MEDICAL AND BENEFIT CLAIMS
