Marketing Admin Role Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Voucher requisition – preparing vouchers and following up on payments.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Preparing and distributing internal communications and memos.
- Filing and documentation – memos, competitor analysis, press clippings.
Project and Event Coordination:
- Assisting with the execution of marketing events/activities.
- Coordinating with interdepartmental teams, suppliers, and partners for event-related needs.
- Media food review arrangements with operations.
- POSM print job allocation and arrangement.
- A&P internal stock management.
- Updating malls/complexes on MB promotions.
Communication and Liaison:
- Handling marketing inquiries – .
- Acting as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners/vendors.
- Customer service (inside sales) – (backup).
- Coordinating media relations, including press releases and media kits.
Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Managing the inventory and distribution of promotional materials and collateral.
- Overseeing the logistics of marketing campaigns and events, including vendor coordination and delivery timelines.
- Courier services – managing gifts, vouchers, etc.
Competitor and Market Analysis:
- Competitor activities tracking.
- Supporting market research efforts and maintaining organized records of competitor analysis reports.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Coordinating courier services for the delivery of marketing materials, gifts, and vouchers.
- Supporting any other marketing-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Work experience needed – at least 2 years of experience
- Level of Education – Diploma & above
- Language – English & Malay, Chinese is an advantage ok
