Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at LA Swimming Center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and class registrations
- Provide detailed information about swimming programs, schedules, and policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage the registration system
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage basic billing inquiries
- Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate them to management when necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Support marketing efforts by informing customers of promotions or new services
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (experience in the sports or recreation industry is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer care
- Fluent in Chinese, English, Malay
