Job Purpose

To lead and manage overall Office operations to ensure smooth operations flow.

What is your role about?

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of effective and efficient management control systems in the Office operations
  • Initiate corrective action according to prescribed policies and operating standards to address errors.
  • Prepare and/or check staffing schedule/roster are prepared according with appropriate scheduling tools and roster policy/guidelines; work with supervisory team to allocate and assign work to team based on changed in activity volume to effectively and efficiently deliver result.
  • Execute internal controls for cash collection activities in strict adherence with financial protocols. Initiate corrective actions and report non-compliance immediately.
  • Take on other ad-hoc related duties as and when needed.
  • Engaged office employees to ensure smooth office operation, continue to strive & maintain the highest standard, safe & amazing place to work.
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines

Who are we looking for?

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience at managerial of a medium sized organization is required for this position
  • Required skills: Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
  • Responsive, aggressive, proactive and self-initiative
  • Good communication skills
