The interview will be conducted through a virtual platform (Google Meet / Zoom) by the Singapore Talent Acquisition Team. Upon successful application, the candidate will enjoy hybrid arrangement of working at our KL Sentral Office within our wholly owned Malaysian Subsidiary and at home.

As a Senior Associate, you can expect working with a diverse spectrum of businesses especially fast-growing technology companies, venture capital funds and venture capital related businesses.

You will be collaborating alongside the Corporate secretarial team with our clients worldwide on Singapore and Malaysia secretarial matters. Responsible for all aspects of establishing, maintaining and winding up of Private Companies. You must be familiar with all aspects of these processes, maintaining of Statutory Records, Preparation of resolutions and Corporate Secretarial Services to ensure that Companies are in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will assist the manager and directors to provide guidance and training to the corporate secretarial associates.

Job Scope

  • Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc
  • Liaise with Clients and provide advisory services to clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
  • All aspects of general corporate secretarial matters including preparation and circulation of resolutions, etc
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes
  • Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
  • Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent services
  • Report and Assist Managers in the management of team members job
  • Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Candidate Requirement

  • Education Level: Degree, MAICSA candidate or final year
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Corporate secretarial firm. Experience with a reputable firm preferred
  • Language versatility: English Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in working styles
  • Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
