  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The product manager owns the frontend and backend app/web systems of Easybook. They are responsible for all aspects of the products including design, implementation and positive user outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ascertain the product purpose and goals.
  • Plan and strategize the system product rollout and prioritization plans.
  • Gather user requirements, analyse and definite the user outcomes the product needs to deliver.
  • Liaise with various departments (including sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal) to make sure the product complies with cross functional’ requirement.
  • Ensure the features (UX designs) are user-friendly.
  • Manage the product and design team members and plan their career growth.
  • Work with tech manager and team to get the product developed and delivered ON TIME.
  • Conduct product testing with tech and QA team.
  • Launch the product, track its performances, and optimize ROI and meet the user goals.
  • Work with IT and the Customer Service teams to automate errors tracking and fixing. Ensure the product’s meets uptime goals and is bug free.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to optimize the go-to-market strategies and deliver the company goals.
  • Visit users/clients to understand the product performance on the ground.
  • Prepare management reports for the CEO and board.

Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology driven environment.
  • Strong track record in owning and rollout software/web/app products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven approach to decision making.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong team leader with a passion for developing and growing the team.
  • Passion for technology, innovation and delivering exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations

Location:

  • Butterworth (Raja Uda) or Petaling Jaya (Common Ground)
