- Perform administrative function including incoming/outgoing mails, calls, typing letters, memos, reports, proposals, proper filing and organization of documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
- Perform data entry and monthly payroll for client.
- Arrange appointment, update schedules.
- Prepare Quotations, Invoices, payment vouchers etc.
- Key in invoices to Autocount / SQL system.
- Develop and maintain a filling system.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.
Job Requirement
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power-point, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the the ability to prioritize work.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and Autocount / SQL will be added advantages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
