  • Perform administrative function including incoming/outgoing mails, calls, typing letters, memos, reports, proposals, proper filing and organization of documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
  • Perform data entry and monthly payroll for client.
  • Arrange appointment, update schedules.
  • Prepare Quotations, Invoices, payment vouchers etc.
  • Key in invoices to Autocount / SQL system.
  • Develop and maintain a filling system.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.

Job Requirement

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power-point, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the the ability to prioritize work.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and Autocount / SQL will be added advantages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
