Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of incoming products, materials, or customer items in accordance with the job order.
Carry out final inspections of products to ensure compliance with all quality requirements and specifications.
Investigate and document quality issues, process anomalies, and customer complaints.
Address customer complaints related to product quality and develop solutions to fulfill their needs and expectations.
Foster effective communication and relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
Notify suppliers if the received product specifications do not meet the required standards and work on solutions.
Oversee and manage the resources within the quality department, establishing and monitoring goals to achieve quarterly KPIs.
Regularly develop, update, and maintain the Quality Management System for the department and the company.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (To liaise with FSE and customer from China).
Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point etc.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure, and independently.
Preferable candidate to have exposure to the semiconductor industry.
