Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of incoming products, materials, or customer items in accordance with the job order.
- Carry out final inspections of products to ensure compliance with all quality requirements and specifications.
- Investigate and document quality issues, process anomalies, and customer complaints.
- Address customer complaints related to product quality and develop solutions to fulfill their needs and expectations.
- Foster effective communication and relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
- Notify suppliers if the received product specifications do not meet the required standards and work on solutions.
- Oversee and manage the resources within the quality department, establishing and monitoring goals to achieve quarterly KPIs.
- Regularly develop, update, and maintain the Quality Management System for the department and the company.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (To liaise with FSE and customer from China).
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Words, Power Point etc.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work under pressure, and independently.
- Preferable candidate to have exposure to the semiconductor industry.
