Global Operation Executive will support Global Operation Manager to ensuring all strategy and action plan executed properly by All Geo Operation Manager. He/she will be working with multiple stakeholders such as Global Operation Manager, Local Operation Team, Business Development Team, Sales team, and Local QA team. He/she will focus on data processing and making reports to assist Global Operation Manager create a strategy of the issues that might happen to any Geo. Aside from that, he/she needs to actively collecting all the information quantitate and qualitative for the stakeholders related in every Geos to ensure that the strategy that is created will be relate with the issues exist. He/she also will be involve in the improvement and development for system or business operation aspects for new initiative that will be happen withing the organization. He/she needs to be flexible to travel to any Geos that might going to need assist from Global Business Support Team.

  • Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to ensuring the execution of every action plan placed in timely manners
  • Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality, and SLA
  • Create and update reports that will be a basis for Global Business Support team to monitor any variables related to business performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to collect potential issues in every Geos that might impacted to the business
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Involve in project initiative execution with Local Team

Specialized Knowledge

  • Rich knowledge on ERP and distribution/order to cash scheme
  • Highly goal and result oriented
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Fluent in English verbally and written
  • Data oriented and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Excel and another tools to do manual data processing
  • Ability to discuss and reach an agreement in a professional manner
  • Ability to manage and analyze a situation and develop a professional solution to the organization

Daily Routines

  • Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to ensuring the execution of every action plan placed in timely manners
  • Ensuring delivery progress of every Geos meets the SLA and collecting the issues if they were not
  • Ensuring all DSI that is reflected in every Geos reports will be on safe level'
  • Data processing in order to see DR Progress from pub, agents, and products performance level
  • Ensuring validation process of every Geos doesn’t have any issues

Occasionally Routines

  • Creates a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement in processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth

Requirements

Education:

Graduate from University at least (Bachelor Degree); Major: All Major;


Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in the equivalent position


Skills required:

- fluent in English (written and verbally)

- Strong at data processing, interpretation, and reporting

- More than 2 years experience in vendor management

- Rich in Logistic and supply chain knowledge and have an experience in logistic industry for at least 3 years

- Strong at people management

- Coming from Telesales and ecommerce industry is a plus
