Chapter Lead CI/CD CHAMP Atlassian Tools Support Engineer

Job Purpose:

• Support, maintain and extend our Atlassian application suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).

Key Activities:

• Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Help customers maximize the value of usage of Atlassian software by proposing thoughtful implementation designs that meet customers' business and technical requirements
• Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support
• Manage and optimize Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes, etc.
• Ensuring that the application documentation is complete and up to date.

Professional Skills:

• Strong experience and Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket
• LDAP integration experience
• Strong analytical skills, experience with monitoring and reporting tools
• Previous experience with working in Helpdesk/Support desk and customer service preferred
