Job Purpose:
- Support, maintain and extend our Atlassian application suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Key Activities:
- Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Help customers maximize the value of usage of Atlassian software by proposing thoughtful implementation designs that meet customers' business and technical requirements
- Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support
- Manage and optimize Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes, etc.
- Ensuring that the application documentation is complete and up to date.
Requirement:
Essential Skills:
- Customer orientation and ownership attitude for the assigned responsibilities to deliver results in time and in line with the clients’ need
Professional Skills:
- Strong experience and Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket
- LDAP integration experience
- Strong analytical skills, experience with monitoring and reporting tools
- Previous experience with working in Helpdesk/Support desk and customer service preferred
Personal Skills:
- Good communicator, both verbally and through documentation

- Good team player with high ability to work in cross-locational and international teams
