An established distribution centric organization its principal activities include marketing and distribution of Timepieces, Lifestyle and Consumer technology products and Electronic Musical Instruments offline and online.

The successful candidate will be task to manage the sales team of the Timepiece products.

Job Description

  • Leading the team of salespeople of the Timepiece section (Casio, G-Shock, Baby-G and Edifice).
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Monitor the market trend and perform competitive analysis.
  • Develop, manage and maintain new and existing customer's accounts and the expansion of existing market share.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
  • At least 2 years related working experience preferably in the Consumer Products industry in wholesale or distributor environment.
  • Candidates with current position as a Senior Sales Executive with experienced in managing a team of salesperson will be considered.
  • Leadership skills to lead a team of sales people, drive sales strategies, and generate revenue.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Fair in building rapport with principal, suppliers and dealers.
