Job Summary

Manage on Mechanical system contractor's work including work progress, claims, variation works, planning and coordination works for compliance with project requirement and standards. .
Managing team of mechanical engineers, delegating task to subordinates to ensure that all mechanical System related works progress in accordance with planned result.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Mechanical staffs, delineating their responsibilities in order to achieve the planed results and ensure these are monitored and evaluated in a timely and affective manner.
• Coach and train the Mechanical staffs with the aim of strengthening their technical capacity, exchange knowledge and provide professional development guidance.
• Responsible for Mechanical system progress monitoring and evaluating initiatives, and ensuring efficiency and success from start to finish.
• Responsible and control the Mechanical system project budget and update the Head of M&E regularly.
• Chair meeting whenever required.
•To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
•Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications
•Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Competencies Required
• Punctual, responsible, ale to communicate with others and willing to learn
• Leadership quality, demonstrated ability to manage team of engineers to achieve the planned results.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in M&E related works.

Skills & Abilities
• Able to operate Microsoft project or primavera software
• Project Management Skill
• Technical knowledge in related Mechanical System.
