Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful implementation of projects on time and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while gaining valuable experience in the dynamic data center industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating project activities and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Help maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status.
  • Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to project management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project communication and coordination.
  • Support project managers in resolving issues and addressing project-related concerns.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning activities, including preparing test plans, coordinating testing schedules, and documenting test results.
  • Participate in site inspections and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Technical certificate or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., IT, engineering, project management).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prefer 2-3 years working experience at site coordination.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
